Processing Time
➢ Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. As a small operation, I work hard to get your order ready as quickly as possible!
Shipping Time
➢ Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2-7 business days, depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Delivery times may vary with standard mail.
Shipping Carrier
➢ We primarily ship through USPS (United States Postal Service).
Shipping Options
➢ Choose from two shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping ($1): Sent via USPS letter mail without tracking. This is the most economical option; however, please note that I cannot guarantee delivery once the package is with the carrier.
- Priority Shipping ($4): Sent via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships, so you can monitor its delivery status.
Lost/Damaged Packages
➢ I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier's possession. If your package arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with photos, and I will work with you to provide a replacement when possible.
No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges
➢ All sales are final. However, if your package arrives in poor condition, please reach out—I’m happy to help and work towards a resolution.
U.S. Shipping Only
➢ Currently, I only ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future—stay tuned!
