Processing Time
➢ Each order is handled by my own two hands — please allow 3–5 business days for me to prepare your piece and send it on its way. I move carefully, not like a factory, but with the reverence and care that each creation deserves.
Shipping Time
➢ Once in the hands of USPS, your parcel should reach you within 2–7 business days. This world runs on its own clock — so be patient as it travels.
Carrier
➢ All orders ship through the United States Postal Service.
Shipping Options
➢ At checkout, choose what works for your spirit and your wallet:
- Standard Shipping ($1): USPS letter mail, no tracking — the humble path, simple and light. Please know I can’t control what happens once it leaves my hands.
- Priority Shipping ($4): USPS Ground Advantage with tracking — for those who want to follow its steps home.
Lost or Damaged
➢ Once your order is with USPS, it’s out of my grip — I won’t claim what I don’t control. But if your package arrives broken, email me within 7 days with photos, and I’ll do what I can to make it right.
All Sales Final
➢ My creations leave here to find new homes — no returns, refunds, or exchanges. But if something’s truly wrong, talk to me. I stand behind what I make.
United States Only
➢ Right now, I only ship within the U.S. When the time is right, I’ll open my reach further. Keep watch.
